Led by Anurag Bansal, an authorized channel partner working directly with developers across Gurgaon and Delhi, RealSphere gives clients access to verified inventory, pricing, and project status, backed by hands-on construction experience rather than secondhand market commentary.
Anurag Bansal's real estate experience predates RealSphere. Long before founding the practice, he was already evaluating projects, negotiating deals, and overseeing development on the ground across Delhi NCR — building a working understanding of the market that most advisory practices simply don't have.
That experience is backed by formal training in law and finance — a law degree from O.P. Jindal Global University in India and an MBA from Babson College in the US — a foundation that brings a global perspective to how RealSphere approaches every deal, from the first site visit and contract review through to closing.
It's this combination of hands-on market experience and legal rigor that led him to found RealSphere: a practice built to put real, on-the-ground expertise to work for investors and clients — serving them with the diligence, access, and judgment they deserve.
